Mrs. Sanyogita Kedia
Sanyogita Kedia founded Dor Foundation to tackle educational inequality. During her philanthropic endeavours, Sanyogita gained invaluable insights into the social impact sector, acquiring a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within it. It was through these experiences that she was profoundly moved to focus her efforts on the cause closest to her heart and inspired by her journey: ensuring equal educational opportunities for every child. This led to the inception of her brainchild, Dor Foundation in 2020.
Our Story
Dor was started in 2020 by Mrs Sanyogita Kedia with the singular vision of providing quality education to all. Her visionary leadership and unwavering determination, have allowed her to create a lasting impact on the lives of hundreds of children in a short span.
Mission & Vision
Our mission is to help the financially disadvantaged yet deserving youth study beyond high school so they become economically independent
Dor Foundation envisions to work with promising youngsters from financially vulnerable backgrounds, to help them become self-reliant by providing them with quality education, personality development and skills for financial independence.
Our Process
We identify underprivileged children studying in government and low-income schools

Co-Founder
Mr. Sandeep Kedia
Sandeep Kedia, an accomplished professional with a rich background in negotiation, strategy, and sales operations. He is the Managing Trustee of Aarogyam Medical College and Hospital, a distinguished 300-bedded institution in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Under his stewardship, the hospital not only delivers top-tier healthcare services to all strata of society, especially the underprivileged, at affordable rates but also houses a thriving nursing college and an upcoming medical colleges.
Sandeep is also the Chairperson of Ventota Retail, where he drives the franchise strategy of MINISO, overseeing a large network of retail outlets across India. Furthermore, his role as Imports Director at Purbasha Group involves actively managing the import and distribution of raw materials for the food industry. He has also served as the Director at Nisi International Co LLC in Dubai, where he oversaw purchasing operations for a diverse range of products, sourced globally from distributors and operators. With over two decades of tenure, Sandeep has demonstrated a keen aptitude for identifying market opportunities and establishing successful business relationships. He is driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to societal welfare. Sandeep has an MBA from KUSOM and a B.Com from SRCC.
Director
Mr. Tarun Nehra
Mr. Tarun Nehra is a results-driven professional with over 31 years of diverse cross-functional experience. His most recent role was as the Zonal Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for North, Central, and West India at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Over 12.5 years at TCS, Mr. Nehra demonstrated leadership prowess and spearheaded impactful initiatives.
Mr. Nehra has a rich background spanning sales, after-sales support, factory operations, talent acquisition, commercial operations, and program delivery. At TCS, he led a team of over 2000 resources as the Head of Operations and Delivery for TCS iON, successfully managing complex projects and ensuring seamless delivery. As Program Director for TCS iON's largest account, he played a pivotal role in solidifying the company's reputation for exceptional value delivery. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Nehra is an ardent fitness enthusiast and accomplished ultra runner, having completed several ultra marathons and proudly representing India in the Backyard Ultra World Championship. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics from Pune University, which has provided a strong foundation for his career in the technological landscape.

Ms. Swechha Sikaria
Swechha Sikaria is a multifaceted professional dedicated to driving positive change in both business and social spheres. She is the lead strategist at Dor Foundation, where she looks after various aspects of the organisation’s growth such as partnerships, communications and fundraising. She is also an Associate at Suncare Formulations Pvt. Ltd., where she looks after business development to bolster the company's growth and market presence.
Swechha's dedication to social entrepreneurship is evident from her involvement at ILSS and Enactus SVC. A graduate of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, Swechha's educational foundation in History complements her practical experiences, shaping her into a well-rounded professional poised to tackle complex challenges.
